Local 767 members are medical professionals with experience in: Emergency Medical Services, hospital emergency rooms, nursing, and occupational medicine. Our membership includes paramedics, nurses, emergency medical technicians, lifeguards, rescue divers, physician assistants and MD’s. We handle the medical care and logistics on all film, television, and commercial sets.

Our services include the pre-hospital treatment, and documentation of: major and minor injuries, illnesses, and bloodborne pathogen incidents. We provide our services both locally, and on distant locations. Our documentation includes all required OSHA forms.We also staff the Disney, Sony, CBS Radford studio hospitals as well as providing medical care for infants, the industry’s youngest actors.

We are the nineteenth (19th) entity in the State of California to have achieved Emergency Automatic Defibrillator (AED) provider status. We are the first non-municipality to have training in the use of this life-saving technology for sudden cardiac arrest incidents. This program is overseen by the Los Angeles County Emergency Medical Services Division, and Local 767's Medical Director, Dr. Franklin D. Pratt, FACEP, who is also the medical director for the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
